About the role
- First point of contact for customers; report to the Client Services Team Leader.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service across the order-to-invoice and contract lifecycle.
- Respond to customer inbound enquiries via phone and email.
- Process and track orders within SAP.
- Create and maintain contracts within CRM.
- Collaborate with internal departments, interstate branches and sales representatives.
- Identify and resolve customer challenges, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Support team initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement and learning.
Requirements
- Responding to customer inbound enquiries via phone and email.
- Order processing and tracking within SAP.
- Contract creation and maintenance within CRM.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including interstate branch offices and sales representatives.
- Identify and resolve customer challenges, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Entry level candidate with experience in a similar role (preferred).
- Outstanding customer service skills and strong ethical and moral principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven and able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Experience in SAP or other ERP systems (preferred).
- Experience in Salesforce or other CRM systems (preferred).
- Successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.
