About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work alongside senior team members to assess business workflows
Build and iterate on AI automations and lightweight applications
Participate in coaching sessions with business team members
Maintain clear documentation for the tools and workflows
Test AI tools before they go to users
Track and report on business team members' AI skill development
Research emerging AI tools and platforms
Follow AI governance guidelines and collaborate with IT and Security

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3 years of professional or project-based experience
Practical experience using AI tools in your day-to-day work
Genuine curiosity about how AI tools work
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Organized and reliable in a fast-moving environment
Experience building with AI APIs or automation platforms (Preferred)
Any coding or scripting background (Preferred)
Experience explaining technology to non-technical audiences (Preferred)
Familiarity with common enterprise tools (Preferred)
