Commercial Account Development Representative, German Speaking

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across the EMEA commercial segment, working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams.
- Build and run outbound campaigns end-to-end, from idea to qualified meeting
- Engage decision-makers across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video
- Partner closely with AEs and Marketing, you’re a connector, not just a top-of-funnel rep
- Keep Salesforce clean and your pipeline tighter, process matters here
- Utilise AI to boost productivity, work at pace and personalise your messaging
- Invest in your own development, your manager will meet you where you are and help you get to what’s next
Requirements
What you’ll need- Some experience in a customer-facing or sales role — internships, retail, or hospitality count if you can show you know how to build rapport and drive outcomes
- A hunter mentality, you’re not waiting to be handed leads, you go and find them
- High coachability, you take feedback well, apply it fast, and ask for more
- Strong communicator, clear and confident in writing and on a call
- Genuine curiosity about technology - you don’t need to be an engineer, but you want to understand what Kong does and why it matters
- Languages: Fluency in German is essential.
