About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and drive complex, cross-functional programs that are critical to scaling our engineering organization
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implement pragmatic, scalable solutions
- Optimize tools, processes, and workflows to increase Engineering efficiency and reduce friction
- Define and track key engineering metrics, using data to guide decisions and drive accountability
- Act as a force multiplier—removing blockers, aligning stakeholders, and keeping teams focused on what matters most
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or similar roles in high-growth environments
- Background in software engineering, ideally within a SaaS company
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and drive clarity across teams
- Strong systems thinking and a bias for action
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
