About the role
- Partner with the Director of Global Revenue Programs to build strategic revenue events
- Develop the Annual Sales Kickoff (SKO) into a year-round campaign
- Lead, manage, and execute multiple complex, cross-functional projects
- Manage and develop the annual Revenue Events calendar
- Own the setup of projects using PM tools, creating templates, and maintaining documentation
- Lead full budget management and expense reconciliation
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in corporate event management
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, innovative global events (500+ attendees)
- Proven experience managing large-scale budgets and navigating procurement/contracting processes
- A track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and under pressure
- Comfortable communicating and collaborating with senior leaders
- Willingness to travel globally to manage on-site execution for key events (approx. 30-50%)
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, or related field required
