Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of relevant construction expertise
Supervisory experience, ideally leading a union represented workforce
Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field, or 8+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Understanding of code requirements and building systems knowledge
Familiarity working with general contractors
Experience effectively managing resources
Experience managing multiple teams on construction sites with multiple subcontractors
Experience implementing and monitoring safety guidelines
Experience managing schedules and tracking team performance
Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization
