Key responsibilities & impact- Manage local installation operations for KONE Houston
- Lead multiple teams on construction sites with multiple subcontractors

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of relevant construction expertise
- Supervisory experience, ideally leading a union represented workforce
- Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field, or 8+ years of experience in lieu of degree
- Understanding of code requirements and building systems knowledge
- Familiarity working with general contractors
- Experience effectively managing resources
- Experience managing multiple teams on construction sites with multiple subcontractors
- Experience implementing and monitoring safety guidelines
- Experience managing schedules and tracking team performance
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization
