Key responsibilities & impact
  • Transform how learning is delivered and experienced across KONE
  • Build capabilities at scale in a digital and AI-enabled business
  • Drive measurable business impact through skills and capability development
  • Ensure KONE’s global field workforce has the critical safety, method, product, and technical capabilities needed to perform safely, efficiently, and productively
  • Strengthen a high-performance, continuous learning culture globally
  • Define and execute a vision for AI-powered, skills-based learning
  • Embed learning into the flow of work across the field, sales, and leadership roles
  • Build a data-driven learning ecosystem
  • Scale high-quality content and personalised learning journeys globally
  • Own and advance KONE-wide learning for the field workforce, ensuring scalable, high-quality training
  • Support Field Trainer network to perform at its best
  • Foster continuous, self-directed learning across a global workforce
  • Ensure learning is accessible, practical, and relevant
  • Enable knowledge sharing across geographies and functions
  • Lead and develop a global L&D organisation (~100 professionals)
  • Ensure scalable delivery across global, area, and local environments
  • Evolve operating model, governance, and ways of working
  • Build learning analytics and skills intelligence capabilities
  • Use data to prioritise development and demonstrate business value
  • Act as a key member of the P&C Leadership Team
  • Partner with business leaders to align capabilities with strategy
  • Influence enterprise workforce and capability decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Senior leadership experience in L&D, Talent or similar
  • Track record in large-scale transformation in global organisations
  • Experience in operational or service-driven environments is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of digital and AI-driven learning solutions
  • Experience leveraging data and analytics for decision-making
  • Ability to translate innovation into business impact
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
  • Proven leader of high-performing teams
  • Strong influencing skills at the executive level
