About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the entire supply chain process, from purchase requisition to goods receival in the field.
  • Responsible for coordinating, developing and harmonizing supply chain of materials and services for Doors business operations.
  • Set up tools, processes and KPIs to effectively manage these operations and seek continuous improvement opportunities in close collaboration with Field operations.
  • Onboarding, managing and monitoring suppliers and service providers, in alignment with KDB Procurement category management steering.
  • Purchase order management and delivery monitoring – escalation and recovery actions with external and internal suppliers when needed.
  • Development and monitoring of efficient processes from purchase requisitions to purchase ordering and goods receival in the field.
  • Coaching and training field staff to drive necessary changes in processes.
  • Ensuring that defined logistics processes are followed and developed to ensure fast and transparent supply of goods for service technicians.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective procurement, resolving issues when they arise.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience of supply chain processes – in area of logistics, inventory management, purchasing.
  • Proficiency in related software and tools (MS Office tools/Excel and ERP/SAP).
  • Project management and problem-solving skills, Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Preferably studies or degree in Bachelor's or Master’s level in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience of KDB products, offering or field operations is plus.
  • Capability to work independently and proactivity to seek support when needed.
  • Role requires willingness to travel locally within the country unit supporting the branch operations. Travel to other European countries may sometimes be necessary.
  • Good/native proficiency in French, professional fluency in English.
