About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage local and district processes for scheduling
Interface with Service/Repair Supervisors, customers, 3rd party inspection companies, and local regulatory bodies to schedule testing and inspections
Schedule and coordinate with Service/Repair Supervisors and Repair Operations Specialist in scheduling of other planned repairs to support efficiency in managing technician and crew schedules
Work with Branch Staffs on expectations, processes, and information required from Staffs to support Testing and Code Compliance processes
Lead, coordinate, and maintain accuracy of Automatic Test and Inspection Database (ATI)
Track, manage permits and communicate completed inspections to government agencies and customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of progressive and successful customer service experience
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Well Organized
