About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide specialized support to the Service Business tendered repair process
  • Booking secured Quoted Repair orders in SAP
  • Initiate invoice downpayments
  • Requisition parts
  • Follow-up with customers
  • Coordinate with Operations and customers to schedule planned repairs
  • Interact with General Manager, Salespeople, Supervisors and Technicians to increase tender repair revenues and customer communication
  • Perform general office work and administrative tasks related to the ongoing service business of the branch

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of progressive and successful customer service experience
  • High School education or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Well Organized
  • Customer service mindset
