About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive business partnering with a strong outside in mindset
- Act as the key finance professional and trusted advisor across the full value chain
- Partner closely with supply chain management, technology, product management, purchasing, and logistics
- Manage and analyze supply chain financial performance
- Lead Product Cost and Profitability planning and analysis
- Facilitate the planning and forecasting processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in an industrial environment, including product cost and profitability planning, analysis and business partnering
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work and influence in a complex matrix organization
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
- SAP ERP (FICO) and BI knowledge is a must
- Good organizational, process planning and change management skills
- Fluent in English
- M. Sc in Finance or Business Administration
