- Analyze, problem-solve, and collaborate to ensure objectives are completed

- Lead the implementation of KONE-wide sales initiatives
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive and successful solution selling and account management experience
- Familiarity with solution selling methodology such as Sandler
- Change management experience
- Ability to influence teams and maintain a high-performance culture
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all levels
- Passion for digitization and technology
- Experience in building and promoting strong customer relationships
- Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
- Capability to design and implement a strategic sales plan
- Conduct financial analysis for decision making
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a comparable industry
