Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive and successful solution selling and account management experience
  • Familiarity with solution selling methodology such as Sandler
  • Change management experience
  • Ability to influence teams and maintain a high-performance culture
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all levels
  • Passion for digitization and technology
  • Experience in building and promoting strong customer relationships
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
  • Capability to design and implement a strategic sales plan
  • Conduct financial analysis for decision making
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a comparable industry
