About the role

  • Lead regular Price reviews with FL countries
  • Provide insights and recommendations to Business Lines (BL) and commercial teams
  • Prepare and run Pricing committees / rooms in a systematic, data‑driven manner
  • Drive implementation of new Pricing processes, tools, and frameworks
  • Promote value‑based and customer‑centric Pricing mindset
  • Use Pricing analytics and frameworks to identify and drive margin improvements
  • Maintain Pricing documentation, rules, and Delegation of Authority
  • Ensure compliance with Pricing policies and discount corridors
  • Identify and recommend improvements in Pricing processes and governance
  • Conduct data‑driven Pricing analysis to support decision-making
  • Assess Pricing performance and margin opportunities by BL and region
  • Enhance visibility and reporting of Pricing analytics for leadership
  • Partner with BL commercial teams, FL Leadership Team, and sales management
  • Lead training and capability-building on Pricing tools and -processes
  • Act as a connector between frontline, regional, and area Pricing teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ Pricing experience, ideally with regional exposure
  • Strong Pricing expertise including list Price management, discount optimization, margin uplift
  • Strong knowledge in Value-Based Pricing and customer-centric Pricing Principles
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong business and financial acumen and understanding of P&L and profitability drivers
  • Able to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively and independently in matrix environments
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, impact-driven, and comfortable working in ambiguity
  • Experience in Pricing transformation is an advantage
