About the role
- Analyse competition, market shifts and emerging opportunities
- Oversee and influence national budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
- Strengthen KONE’s market share through strategic planning and execution
- Ensure sales fundamentals, processes and competencies are aligned nationally
- Integrate and champion new technologies into sales practices
- Maintain and develop strategic C‑level relationships as a Key Account Manager
- Support major project win plans and drive national sales incentive programs
- Lead national Sales Community activities and share best practices across regions
Requirements
- Strong sales leadership experience (service, solutions or technical environments ideal)
- Strategic thinking and a strong background in value based sales management
- Proven ability to lead people through change
- Deep understanding of the sales cycle, funnel management, negotiation and customer strategies
- Experience building and implementing long term sales strategies
- Confidence, resilience and outstanding communication skills
