Requirements

  • Strong sales leadership experience (service, solutions or technical environments ideal)
  • Strategic thinking and a strong background in value based sales management
  • Proven ability to lead people through change
  • Deep understanding of the sales cycle, funnel management, negotiation and customer strategies
  • Experience building and implementing long term sales strategies
  • Confidence, resilience and outstanding communication skills
