About the role
- Develop KONE’s position and customer base in the market
- Drive proactive engagement and solution selling with different customer segments
- Ensure development of customer relationships, profitability, customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Identify and build relationships to key decision makers, potential new targets and influencers
- Promote and demonstrate the value of KONE digital offering
- Responsible for District and Individual Sales Plans (ISPs) for their team
- Participate in market and customer analysis for quality of sales planning
- Participate in pricing and offering management for market pricing and profitability
- Gather relevant information about competitors and market from the field
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling of all KONE solutions
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical sales and sales leadership experience
- Familiarity with consultative value/solution selling methodology
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
- Comfortable with numbers, financial benefit analysis, and sales tools
- Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant working experience in a comparable industry
