About the role

  • Develop KONE’s position and customer base in the market
  • Drive proactive engagement and solution selling with different customer segments
  • Ensure development of customer relationships, profitability, customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Identify and build relationships to key decision makers, potential new targets and influencers
  • Promote and demonstrate the value of KONE digital offering
  • Responsible for District and Individual Sales Plans (ISPs) for their team
  • Participate in market and customer analysis for quality of sales planning
  • Participate in pricing and offering management for market pricing and profitability
  • Gather relevant information about competitors and market from the field
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling of all KONE solutions

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technical sales and sales leadership experience
  • Familiarity with consultative value/solution selling methodology
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable with numbers, financial benefit analysis, and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant working experience in a comparable industry
