About the role
- Take full responsibility for leading and motivating the sales team independently and with versatility
- Forecast and budget planning as well as managing day-to-day operations and sales processes to achieve sales targets
- Regular interface management with executive management and other company departments
- Conceptual and operational further development of the sales structure
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience and proven sales expertise
- Strong customer and service orientation, confident presence and persuasive ability
- Proficient in German and English
- Convincing hands-on personality and passionate networker
- Residence preferably in Berlin
- Willingness to travel within the district and northern Germany and a valid driver's license
