About the role
- Lead the deployment of business and KONE Way projects at the frontline level
- Capture regional development needs and translate them into actionable improvement plans
- Develop and train sales, sales management, and Key Account Management teams on governance, metrics, dashboards, incentives, CRM best practices, and recruitment processes
- Ensure CRM data quality, monitor usage, and coordinate corrective actions with regional teams
- Oversee sales funnel and forecasts; facilitate pre-rush calls to ensure alignment and readiness
- Analyze and drive pricing and market competitiveness; provide actionable recommendations on optimal pricing strategies
- Collaborate with regions to identify new growth opportunities, including customer and market segment penetration, partnership and geographical expansion
- Define and drive go-to-market and commercial strategies for the front line and regional teams
- Manage key accounts and develop frame agreement strategies
- Support budget planning, mid-year reviews, and performance management through analytics on sales activity, pricing, and performance
- Travel periodically within the EEM region and across Europe
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales operations, or pricing analysis
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Hands-on, with the ability to influence, train, and support teams across multiple regions
- Strategic mindset focused on measurable growth and operational excellence
- Willingness to travel periodically within EEM countries and Europe
