About the role
- Provide disciplinary leadership for a software development team operating within agile Scrum structures
- Drive operational planning and management in alignment with company strategy
- Define goals and priorities
- Communicate expectations and objectives
- Ensure achievement of results in day-to-day operations
- Support and promote the individual professional and personal development of team members
- Foster cross-department collaboration and exchange with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Represent the company group internally and externally
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics/Information Systems, or completed vocational training in software development, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in software development as well as in agile IT/software project management
- Solid knowledge across the full lifecycle of modern software development
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a business-oriented approach
- Experience leading teams
- High resilience and active participation in driving change
- Awareness of personal strengths and development areas and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Strong communication and networking skills, and assertiveness
