Pre-sales Engineer

• Du verantwortest Pre-Sales und den aktiven Vertrieb für TK-Lösungen im Bereich Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) sowie Mitel/Unify im Large-Enterprise-Umfeld
• Begleitung von Kundenprojekten im Systemgeschäft vollumfänglich
• Aktiver Produktvertrieb sowie Pre-Sales für die Enterprise-Lösungen der Hersteller Mitel/Unify und Alcatel-Lucent
• Verantwortung für die Geschäftsentwicklung mit den Fokusherstellern und regelmäßige Abstimmung mit diesen
• Kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Systemhäuser und Fachhandelspartner zu UCC-Lösungen aus dem KOMSA-Portfolio
• Steuerung von Projektanfragen im Bereich der TK-Anlagen, Erstellung entsprechender Angebote und Begleitung der gesamten Auftragsabwicklung
• Regelmäßiges Monitoring der Key Accounts und Ableitung entsprechender Maßnahmen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales-Team beim Hersteller sowie mit den internen Vertriebsbereichen
• Kontinuierlicher Ausbau des Produktwissens, Dokumentation und Weitergabe an Kollegen

• You research and analyze the market to identify prospective customers and the right decision-makers.
• You develop innovative outreach strategies to continuously expand your network.
• You drive proactive lead generation and take ownership of your own deal pipeline.
• You are responsible for the crucial first stage of the customer journey and build successful, sustainable customer relationships.
• You initiate first contact with potential customers, gather information about their operational requirements, and excite them about our new Device-as-a-Service rental model with your sales expertise.
• You coordinate and schedule new customer meetings with the sales team.
