About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supporting individuals with essential daily tasks such as cooking, personal care, cleaning, and budgeting
  • Encouraging independence and building confidence through meaningful activities and community access

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Full UK driving licence
  • A minimum of one year’s experience working in care or support (desirable)
  • Compassion, resilience, and emotional intelligence
  • Confidence working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge
  • Basic IT skills for communication and record-keeping
  • A team-first attitude and commitment to delivering person-centred care
