About the role
- Partner directly with customers as a technical subject matter expert to resolve complex issues by designing and implementing technical solutions.
- Build custom solutions that unlock the potential of the Healthcare Map and platform capabilities, including implementing algorithms, APIs, and custom features.
- Collaborate closely with Data, Product, and Engineering teams to develop technical requirements, project roadmaps, and deliver robust solutions.
- Manage, coordinate, and deliver on key projects to bring new Technical and Data Services to market.
- Introduce and educate others on rigorous methodologies addressing domain-specific problems; foster a culture of trust, transparency, and technical expertise.
- Partner with Product and customers to shape the product roadmap based on real-world feedback.
- Solicit requirements from stakeholders and take command of them to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- A technical "generalist" skill set with a strong foundation across the stack.
- Proficiency in programming languages - Python or equivalent.
- Extensive experience building scalable, best-in-class solutions that combine theoretical rigor with implementation efficiency.
- Demonstrated record of thought leadership and solution design that spans from high-level conceptual frameworks to detailed execution plans.
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and openly with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Knowledge of large-scale data and computational technologies.
- Experience with privacy-preserving database solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in API driven Engineering and or operations.
- Ability to leverage AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) to enhance personal productivity, streamline workflows, or improve decision-making.
- (Nice to have) Experience in life sciences, biotech, or regulatory environments.
- (Nice to have) Experience in product or program management.
- (Nice to have) Experience interacting with, managing, or building with AI agentic workflows.
