About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full content calendar — planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels
  • Develop and produce content assets including copy, graphics, and short-form video using tools like Canva and CapCut
  • Manage community engagement across platforms — responding to comments, enquiries, and building audience relationships
  • Manage end-to-end paid campaign execution across Google Ads and Meta, including audience targeting, ad creative, bidding strategy, and A/B testing
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing on campaign launches, promotional pushes, and growth initiatives
  • Support email marketing execution in HubSpot — campaign setup, list segmentation, and nurture streams
  • Deliver ongoing campaign performance reporting with clear, actionable insights
  • Manage marketing operations in HubSpot including list management, workflow automation, and CRM hygiene
  • Maintain the marketing asset library and ensure brand consistency across all formats and channels.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years in digital marketing, with clear progression into social media and content creation
  • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager — setup, optimisation, and reporting
  • Proficient in HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation and CRM platform
  • Can write clearly and compellingly across different formats and audiences — social, email, long-form, the lot
  • Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball
  • Proactive and self-directed — comfortable owning work end-to-end without being micromanaged
  • Think commercially — connect your activity back to business outcomes, not just output metrics.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, particularly in a B2B context
  • Short-form video production skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar)
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and website CMS tools
  • B2B SaaS, proptech, or real estate industry exposure
  • Experience in a small marketing team where you've had to wear multiple hats.
