About the role
- Write and publish blog posts, case studies, press releases, and social content
- Create and maintain marketing collateral: capability statements, one-pagers, slide decks
- Manage and update the company website (content, structure, SEO basics)
- Use AI tools as a force multiplier across all of the above — not as a novelty, but as your default workflow
- Monitor federal opportunity sources and flag relevant RFIs/RFPs to leadership
- Draft and refine proposal sections, past performance narratives, and response outlines
- Conduct competitor and market research to sharpen Kollabio's positioning
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints
Requirements
- 2–5 years of marketing, communications, or content experience
- Strong writing and editing skills — you can translate technical concepts into clear, engaging language
- Demonstrated, daily use of AI tools for content creation, research, and productivity (be ready to show us your workflow)
- Experience with website platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
- Comfort working independently, managing your own priorities, and delivering on deadline in a part-time capacity
- Attention to detail and pride in the quality of your output
- **Strongly Preferred**
- Experience in government contracting (GovCon) marketing or federal BD support
- Familiarity with SAM.gov, GovWin, or similar opportunity tracking platforms
- Experience supporting proposals or capture efforts
- Working knowledge of SEO, analytics, or social media management tools
- Exposure to design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite)
