Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely with business teams to understand their needs and provide relevant analyses.
Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets.
Build clear, actionable dashboards and reports.
Provide data-driven analyses and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Design and implement data solutions to meet specific business needs.
Manage end-to-end data analysis projects, from design to delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A proven track record as a Data Analyst with a minimum of 5 years' professional experience (excluding internships/apprenticeships), preferably in a startup or scale-up.
Experience collaborating with business teams and translating business needs into data solutions.
Proficiency with data analysis tools (SQL, Python).
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Knowledge of databases and data modeling techniques.
