About the role
- Support the HR department in strategic HR initiatives.
- Advise and support managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Assist in implementing and further developing HR strategies and processes.
- Conduct recruitment processes, employer branding activities, and onboarding of new employees.
- Organize and deliver training sessions and workshops.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support the business units.
- Plan and implement measures related to occupational health management.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
- Initial professional experience in HR, ideally in a comparable position.
- Solid knowledge of employment law and HR processes.
- Strong communication and advisory skills.
- High interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
- Good written and spoken German and English.
