About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Further relationships with existing clients
Prospect new clients and build relationships
Troubleshoot with clients to develop solutions
Support proposal and estimating efforts, including schedules or estimates
Set up meetings between client decision-makers and company practice leaders
Maintain CRM data including leads, opportunities, contacts, companies, and competitors
Attend industry events to expand network and promote Kokosing
Participate in key industry groups at local, state, and national levels
Support existing clients by providing solutions and maintaining relationships
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 10 years’ experience in MEP maintenance, construction, or fabrication; 15+ years preferred
High School Education or equivalent required
BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other Engineering a plus, but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft software including Word and Outlook
Technical understanding of construction and fabrication
Experience using a CRM to manage contacts and leads
Ability to participate in industry groups at local, state, and national levels
