About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Check all fluids before starting engine
  • Level crane using inside cab controls and leveling bubble
  • Observe load rigging or hookup and determine safety of load using load chart
  • Operate crane within parameters of load chart
  • Use standard hand signals
  • Manipulate crane controls to regulate speed and direction
  • Clean and maintain crane and hoisting mechanism
  • Inspect crane for defective parts and notify supervisor of defects immediately

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years related experience and/or training
  • NCCCO (or CIC) with LAT and TLL designations required
  • DOT medical card required
  • DC Operators License (for Blue Plains project in Washington, DC)
  • English proficiency
