About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the field team in overall project success and progression
Assist in project planning and coordination, monitor project KPIs, costs, billings, schedules, and contracts
Implement corrective actions leading to overall project success.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure compliance with contract, budget, schedule, and job cost
Develop and administer project engineering procedures
Gather and review project documentation
Prepare and submit monthly cost, income, and cash flow projections
Act as a liaison between project management and field leadership to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
Complete site inspections and produce daily reports of work and subcontractor activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Experience in technical operations, project coordination, scheduling, budgeting, documentation review, and progress reporting is strong advised
4-year bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent combinations of technical training and experience is preferred
5+ years of similar construction engineering experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel and Oracle Primavera for scheduling and Viewpoint for accounting is preferred.
