Key responsibilities & impact

Own Koinly's social media presence and community engagement
Be the voice of Koinly online, grow the audience, and make us genuinely present where our users spend their time
Own all social media channels: X/Twitter, Reddit, and any future platforms
Create, schedule, and publish all social content: posts, threads, commentary, insights, memes, quick graphics
Engage in crypto and crypto tax conversations because you understand them
Respond to community questions, feedback, complaints
Monitor crypto and tax conversations and jump in when it makes sense
Manage a content rhythm (planned posts, scheduled content) but you leave space for real-time engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional social media experience is a plus, but not required if you have a strong personal track record or a personal project
You live online
Active on X, Reddit, or other communities in a personal capacity
Deeply immersed in crypto
Understanding DeFi, staking, on-chain activity, tax implications
Ideally you've filed crypto taxes yourself
Community builder, not broadcaster
Show examples of genuine community engagement
Platform-native
Understand that X is not LinkedIn is not Reddit
Creates content independently
Comfortable being opinionated
Speed. You can react in real-time to what's happening online
Comfortable operating autonomously in a remote, async environment
