About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support end-to-end design of granting, limit-setting, and maintenance policies for the launch of new consumer credit products.
  • Conduct market studies, analytical tests, and risk/return scenario simulations to underpin the strategic assumptions for new products.
  • Ensure smooth integration of credit rules into the onboarding workflow and the user experience (UX).
  • Define success KPIs, monitor early-stage tests (MVP), and implement agile improvements to credit policies based on initial customer behavior.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in consumer credit (Credit Card, Personal Loan, Payroll-Deductible Loan, or Financing) and in portfolio management/analysis.
  • Proven experience in collections, credit recovery, credit risk analysis, or related areas — preferably in financial institutions, fintechs, or lending companies.
  • Strong knowledge of the consumer credit market and experience with Credit Card products.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau or similar) for monitoring KPIs.
  • Curious and proactive approach to using Artificial Intelligence to enhance day-to-day deliverables.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of IFRS 9 accounting standards.
  • Knowledge of Resolution/Law 4.699.
