About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and prospect new potential clients in Brazil, focusing on companies that require anti-fraud solutions for their eCommerce within the payments ecosystem.
  • This position involves identifying prospects, understanding their specific needs, and demonstrating how the company’s fraud prevention products or services can mitigate risks and improve the security of their eCommerce.
  • The role requires strong knowledge of fraud trends, risk management, and sales strategies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships and close deals.
  • Actively promote our fraud prevention solutions as part of Koin’s comprehensive value proposition.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our solutions (anti-fraud, payments) to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with strategic clients, ensuring satisfaction and continuity.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements that incorporate our anti-fraud solutions as key components.
  • Provide strategic feedback to the product and technology team about the specific needs of the Mexican market regarding fraud.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience in B2B sales with a consultative focus and business development in companies that offer anti-fraud solutions
  • Knowledge of the payments ecosystem in Brazil (issuers, acquirers, wallets, fintechs)
  • Proven ability to build relationships with decision-makers in risk, fraud prevention, payments and technology areas at major merchants
  • Preferred: Previous experience with anti-fraud solutions, fintechs, PSPs, acquirers, or SaaS companies in the financial sector
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies and business models for anti-fraud solutions
  • Experience developing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
