About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, configure and execute communication sends via email, WhatsApp and push notifications.
- Support the creation and review of relationship flows and one-off CRM campaigns.
- Manage requests with the partner agency, ensuring briefings are clear, deadlines are met and deliverables are high quality.
- Review and adapt content and copy for different channels, ensuring consistency of the brand's communication.
- Organize the team's demand workflow, closely tracking schedules and delivery status.
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as Marketing, Product and Data) to enable planned communications.
- Support basic analysis of campaign results by monitoring metrics such as open, click and conversion rates.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial experience or previous internship in CRM, digital marketing or communications.
- Preferred: experience with CRM platforms or marketing automation tools.
- Basic knowledge of digital campaign metrics.
- Experience managing agencies or external vendors.
