About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop complex SQL queries (multiple tables, CTEs, window functions) on large datasets
  • Create and maintain Marketing and Product dashboards (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured, actionable analyses
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and efficiency
  • Support investment decisions in channels, campaign segmentation, and product
  • Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests) that validate growth hypotheses
  • Segment and cluster user bases

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields
  • Expert in SQL for creating and optimizing queries in relational databases and unstructured data stores
  • Expert with Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Intermediate knowledge of Python for automation and large-scale data analysis
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
  • Ability to work autonomously with proactivity and an ownership mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Preferred: Previous experience analyzing data in marketing/product environments
  • Experience in fintechs
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Knowledge of product analytics and event-tracking tools (preferably AppsFlyer and GA4)
