About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the commercial strategy for Anti-Fraud products (B2B).
- Identify, prospect, and build strategic relationships with new clients in the retail, e-commerce, and/or financial services segments to drive Koin's growth in the Brazilian market.
- Coordinate the sales team by setting targets, monitoring performance, and fostering team development.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a clear and competitive value proposition.
- Participate in complex negotiations, contract discussions, and the structuring of commercial proposals.
- Analyze the market, competitors, and new growth opportunities.
- Negotiate internally and collaborate with multiple departments to achieve results.
- Learn and deepen knowledge of new business models and channel strategies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields (postgraduate degree desirable).
- Experience in B2B sales to Enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and pipeline/sales funnel methodologies.
- Knowledge of the e-commerce and/or payments industry in Brazil.
- Primary focus on large merchants in the sector.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Head of Sales in fintechs, payment providers, or credit companies.
- Willingness to travel.
- Advanced English (preferred).
