About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the commercial strategy for Anti-Fraud products (B2B).
  • Identify, prospect, and build strategic relationships with new clients in the retail, e-commerce, and/or financial services segments to drive Koin's growth in the Brazilian market.
  • Coordinate the sales team by setting targets, monitoring performance, and fostering team development.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a clear and competitive value proposition.
  • Participate in complex negotiations, contract discussions, and the structuring of commercial proposals.
  • Analyze the market, competitors, and new growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate internally and collaborate with multiple departments to achieve results.
  • Learn and deepen knowledge of new business models and channel strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields (postgraduate degree desirable).
  • Experience in B2B sales to Enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and pipeline/sales funnel methodologies.
  • Knowledge of the e-commerce and/or payments industry in Brazil.
  • Primary focus on large merchants in the sector.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Head of Sales in fintechs, payment providers, or credit companies.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Advanced English (preferred).
