About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute the company's partnership strategy, focusing on pipeline generation and revenue for two products (fraud prevention and BNPL).
- Identify, negotiate and structure strategic alliances with key players in the payments ecosystem, fintechs and e-commerce.
- Manage the full partner lifecycle, from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding, monitoring and expansion.
- Design incentive and engagement programs for strategic partners.
- Work closely with sales, product, marketing, operations and technology teams to ensure partnership initiatives progress.
- Build joint business plans and track partner performance metrics.
- Develop executive relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor moves and strategic opportunities.
- Ensure predictable results through active pipeline management, targets and KPIs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years' experience in developing strategic B2B partnerships.
- Experience in fintech, payments, fraud prevention, merchant acquiring or e-commerce technology.
- Previous experience in partnerships with Enterprise companies.
- Proven track record of generating revenue through channels and strategic alliances.
- Experience in high-growth and transformation environments.
- Experience with BNPL, fraud prevention or credit solutions (preferred).
- Prior relationships with players in the payments and e-commerce ecosystem (preferred).
- Experience with technical integrations and go-live projects (preferred).
- Experience in B2B SaaS companies or fast-growing fintechs (preferred).
- Proficiency in English or Spanish (desired).
