About the role
- Lead the design, planning and execution of brand campaigns for B2C and B2B audiences
- Manage and develop the brand’s institutional content, ensuring consistency of tone, messaging and visual identity
- Manage social media, including editorial planning, campaigns, performance tracking and coordination with partner agencies
- Plan and execute events, brand activations and institutional initiatives, from concept through operations
- Partner with the press/PR team to support editorial agendas, institutional positioning and media relations
- Liaise with internal teams (Product, Sales, Growth, etc.) and external agencies to ensure alignment, deadlines and quality of deliverables
- Oversee timelines, budgets and KPIs for branding initiatives
- Operate with a regional perspective, particularly within the B2B LATAM scope, adapting strategies to the specificities of each market
Requirements
- Previous experience in Branding or Institutional Marketing, with proven work in both B2C and B2B
- Experience managing integrated campaigns, events, social media and press/media relations
- Experience or strong exposure to LATAM-scoped projects (particularly relevant for B2B)
- Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ownership mindset, proactive attitude and focus on execution and results
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Autonomy to lead strategic alignments with internal teams and external partners
- Agility, strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize in dynamic environments
