Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in end-to-end software development (full-stack or complete lifecycle).
- Minimum of 2 years in technical leadership roles such as IT Manager, Tech Lead, Squad Lead, or related positions.
- Experience with observability tools (e.g., New Relic, Datadog, Kibana, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in development best practices: CI/CD, version control (Git), Design Patterns, and Clean Code.
- Use of Generative AI (GenAI) as a productivity and support tool in daily work.
- Preferred: At least 5 years' experience with Java and Spring Framework.
- Experience in the financial industry.
