About the role

  • Execute the commercial strategy for BNPL products (Boleto Parcelado, Pix Parcelado, and B2B solutions).
  • Identify, prospect, and build strategic relationships with new clients in the retail, e-commerce, and/or financial services segments.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a clear and competitive value proposition.
  • Participate in complex negotiations, contracts, and the structuring of commercial proposals.
  • Analyze the market, competitors, and new growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate internally and collaborate with multiple teams to achieve results.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in B2B sales with Enterprise-level clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce or other) and sales pipeline/funnel methodologies.
  • Knowledge of the e-commerce and/or payments industry in Brazil.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in fintechs, payment providers, or credit businesses.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Advanced English (preferred).
