About the role
- Execute the commercial strategy for BNPL products (Boleto Parcelado, Pix Parcelado, and B2B solutions).
- Identify, prospect, and build strategic relationships with new clients in the retail, e-commerce, and/or financial services segments.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a clear and competitive value proposition.
- Participate in complex negotiations, contracts, and the structuring of commercial proposals.
- Analyze the market, competitors, and new growth opportunities.
- Negotiate internally and collaborate with multiple teams to achieve results.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in B2B sales with Enterprise-level clients.
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce or other) and sales pipeline/funnel methodologies.
- Knowledge of the e-commerce and/or payments industry in Brazil.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in fintechs, payment providers, or credit businesses.
- Willingness to travel.
- Advanced English (preferred).
