Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain the customer experience across the Kohl’s ecosystem
Oversee engineering teams and participate in technology engineering practice
Drive the development of leading-edge engineering practices
Collaborate with partners to drive technology decisions
Provide leadership and work closely with the enterprise architecture team
Ensure developed software adheres to standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in building, deploying and managing complex, highly scalable and secure solutions
Proven data-driven engineering leadership and ability to influence and drive technology choices and decisions
Background in building frameworks and using open source frameworks and building development practices like CI/CD, Test Automation and cloud deployments
Experience setting a technical strategy or direction for building platforms
Experience working in teams of designers, engineers and product managers
Ability to build customer-obsessed solutions and experiences based on data
Proven development of team members through coaching, performance feedback and development plans
