About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build and ship full-stack features in Python and TypeScript.
- Design and evolve systems with a strong focus on architecture, boundaries and long-term maintainability.
- Own problem spaces end-to-end, including shaping ambiguous requirements and guiding execution toward robust solutions.
- Continuously improve the codebase by simplifying solutions and reducing technical complexity.
- Guide and review implementation, ensuring quality, consistency and alignment with system design.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong coding ability in JavaScript or TypeScript and at least one backend language.
- Proven experience building and shipping features in a fast-moving product environment.
- Experience owning features end-to-end, including shaping requirements and making technical decisions.
- Strong understanding of system design, with attention to architecture, abstraction and long-term maintainability.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, or a strong interest in adopting them.
