About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the implementation and configuration of global Workday solutions.
Conduct interactive sessions with clients to identify and fulfill their needs.
Manage project scope, quality, and timelines to deliver excellence.
Serve as the client’s voice providing third-party perspective.
Troubleshoot issues when they arise and mentor less experienced consultants.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience leading Workday implementations, working in Post-Production/AMS, or managing Workday from the client side.
Deep expertise in at least one Workday specialty and advanced knowledge in at least two others.
Excellent leadership skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong consulting mindset with excellent communication skills, even in remote environments.
Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
