About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and be accountable for achieving agreed occupancy targets across KOFISI Riyadh centre
- Develop and implement a commercial sales plan in partnership with the VP Commercial
- Consistently identify, research, and approach traditional occupiers in Riyadh
- Generate qualified leads through close collaboration with the marketing team
- Build and manage a broker network across Riyadh’s commercial real estate market
- Lead and close high-value commercial negotiations representing KOFISI with confidence
- Lead, develop, and motivate the Riyadh sales team to operate at the highest standard of commercial performance
- Present monthly reports to the VP Commercial detailing the sales team’s pipeline and performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 to 5 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding commercial targets
- Proven ability to build and manage broker relationships that generate consistent, qualified pipeline
- Demonstrated experience leading high-value client negotiations and closing complex commercial deals independently
- Strong understanding of the workspace, property, and leasing ecosystem in Riyadh, including the competitive landscape and key occupier segments
- Proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as required to close business and represent KOFISI
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will be considered.
