Designer

• Concept, design, and produce video advertising for pre-roll, native, and digital campaigns across premium ad platforms.
• Help plan and produce ad-specific shoots by creating creative briefs, shot lists, and direction for the ads, working alongside the filming crew.
• Build motion graphics, animated titles, overlays, and end cards.
• Version creative across aspect ratios, durations, and platform specifications, including vertical, square, landscape, and bumper formats.
• Design and run A/B tests across the funnel, from ad creative through landing page, and apply results to subsequent iterations.
• Monitor CTR, engagement, and conversion metrics in real time and translate paid media traffic insights into creative direction with the media buying team.
• Contribute to landing page optimisation.
• Analyse campaign KPIs and report on creative performance, identifying what is working, what to stop, and where to focus next.
• Perform colour correction, sound mixing, and audio synchronisation.
• Ensure brand alignment across high-volume assets and campaigns.
• Organise and manage media assets using clear naming conventions and version control.
• Stay up-to-date with advertising creative trends, platform requirements, and new Adobe Suite features.
