About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the day-to-day tasks related to clinical revenue management and charge capture projects, applying both your technical expertise and interpersonal skills to support clients.
- Leverage advanced technology tools to deliver high-quality analysis and process improvement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clients' revenue cycles.
- Collaborate with various levels of client leadership, making a tangible impact on their operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor’s degree in business or a health-related field is required (an MBA, MHA, and/or MPH is highly desirable).
- 1-3 years of deep healthcare experience is required, with a focus on clinical areas such as radiology, cardiology, perioperative services, emergency medicine, or nursing being a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in a professional services or consulting role is a strong advantage, demonstrating a proven track record in delivering client-focused solutions.
- Knowledge in hospital revenue cycle management, with a specific focus on charge capture processes, is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge in your area of expertise, along with relevant licensure or certifications (e.g., RN, BSN, CCS, CPC, COC, CRCR, CIRCC, RHIA) is preferred.
- Exceptional financial and analytical skills are required, with a strong aptitude for using data to drive decision-making and process improvement.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- This position requires up to 20% travel to client sites as needed.
