About the role
- Coordinate development, formatting, and delivery of customer proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations.
- Maintain proposal templates, pricing libraries, and standard response content.
- Partner with business line and solution leaders to gather required proposal inputs.
- Ensure accuracy of pricing, scope language, and proposal terms.
- Track proposal lifecycle from request through submission.
- Maintain proposal document and version control.
- Manage opportunity creation, updates, and pipeline data accuracy.
- Ensure completeness of required sales documentation.
- Support Salesforce data hygiene and governance initiatives.
- Coordinate internal sales communications and documentation.
- Support Revenue Operations reporting and forecasting inputs
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or sales operations coordination role.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
