About the role
- Handling all HR processes related to employee support, from onboarding to exit
- Performing payroll processing and acting as the primary contact for the finance/accounting department
- Serving as the contact for management on social security, tax law and other payroll-relevant questions
- Preparing KPI reports and supporting HR controlling
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally supplemented by HR-related further education, preferably in a retail or service environment
- Good knowledge of tax, social security and employment law
- Excellent skills in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Precise working style, reliability and resilience
- High degree of personal responsibility, strong implementation skills as well as team and communication skills
- Strong solution orientation and the ability to tackle challenges in a structured way
