About the role

  • Handling all HR processes related to employee support, from onboarding to exit
  • Performing payroll processing and acting as the primary contact for the finance/accounting department
  • Serving as the contact for management on social security, tax law and other payroll-relevant questions
  • Preparing KPI reports and supporting HR controlling

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally supplemented by HR-related further education, preferably in a retail or service environment
  • Good knowledge of tax, social security and employment law
  • Excellent skills in MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Precise working style, reliability and resilience
  • High degree of personal responsibility, strong implementation skills as well as team and communication skills
  • Strong solution orientation and the ability to tackle challenges in a structured way
