About the role

  • Administer and optimize our core pipeline management via HubSpot, alongside other integrated tools that you will bring to the game. Ensure systems speak to each other correctly.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel. Is lead routing too slow? Is the handoff from Sales to CS clunky? You will diagnose and fix these operational friction points.
  • Work alongside our Data Team to be the guardian of data quality. You will help build dashboards that track KPIs (CAC, LTV, Churn, Pipeline Velocity) and ensure leadership is looking at the "single source of truth."
  • Assist in territory planning, quota setting, and commission calculation/tracking.
  • Partner with leadership to roll out new pricing structures, market segments, or product launches operationally.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations in a B2B Enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Deep expertise in CRM administration (HubSpot experience is required). Experience with automation tools and Google Sheets mastery.
  • You can look at a messy spreadsheet and see the story. You are comfortable using SQL or BI tools to dig deeper.
  • You can juggle day-to-day ticket requests from reps while managing long-term infrastructure projects.
  • You can explain complex data constraints to non-technical sales leaders clearly and effectively.
