Customer Success Manager

• Drive overall vision of post-sales experience (from adoption to renewal) in close partnership with our Sales and Business Operations leadership. Organize and manage the team’s goals, priorities, and account plans to ensure delivery of value to customers
• Set implementation requirements and manage timelines to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer engagement from Day 1
• Build and nurture relationships across accounts to solidify our partnership and commitment to the customer
• Triage, resolve, and track customer-reported issues — escalating to the engineering team when needed to ensure timely resolution and clear communication back to the customer
• Advocate for our customers' needs within the engineering roadmap. Ensure needs are properly prioritized and rally resources to support them when needed
• Innovate on modern solutions, using data to guide customer engagement and serve clients at scale across their lifecycle
• Work cross-functionally to deliver a unified customer experience. Collaborate on rollout strategies, enablement, and strategic customer planning.

Enterprise Customer Success Manager – CSM

Threat Intelligence Specialist

• Respond to high-priority, time-sensitive requests from law enforcement agencies, while upholding internal protocols and legal standards.
• Investigate, analyze, and validate information to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Kodex’s operational guidelines.
• Facilitate clear and professional communication across domestic and international law enforcement channels, navigating various time zones when needed.
• Contribute to broader team workflows and assist with planned global initiatives to ensure continuity and dependable support.
• Conduct open-source and internal research to support assessments, contributing to clear, well-documented outcomes that inform decision-making.
• Manage requests as your primary responsibility, while supporting additional casework during lower-volume periods or as operational needs arise.

Engineering Manager

• Manage, mentor, and coach a team of ~8 engineers, supporting growth through feedback, reviews, and career development
• Partner with Product and Design to define roadmaps, set clear goals, and translate strategy into execution
• Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and delivery processes that balance roadmap work, technical debt, and incident response
• Drive architectural decisions and ensure the team builds scalable, reliable systems
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture where engineers thrive and do their best work
• Own team OKRs/KPIs, communicate progress and risks to leadership, and ensure alignment with company priorities
• Support incident response and postmortems for the team’s systems
• Set technical and organizational direction for a critical customer-facing platform (Core Portal)
