About the role

  • Provide third line incident management and technical project implementation services
  • Work with incident management, service desk, other teams, and customers
  • Proactively strive to meet SLAs in a production environment

Requirements

  • Highly capable 3rd Line Azure engineer
  • 5-10 years’ experience in Microsoft Windows Server OS, Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, Azure resources
  • AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-140, AZ-305 certifications
  • Strong written and oral communication in English strongly preferred
