About the role
- Own the entire US growth engine - Test, break, rebuild. Find growth angles that work, kill the ones that don’t, move fast.
- Hack traction in the noisiest market on earth - UGC content, creator programs, viral loops, new growth hacks, whatever it takes & should be tested.
- Build and run our creator ecosystem - Find the people who can move the needle, turn them into growth machines.
- Build up & lead cracked creators and growth hackers.
- Spot patterns in the data and turn them into growth experiments before anyone else does.
Requirements
- Founder mentality: If 70+ hour weeks scare you, this probably isn't it
- Proven growth experience: Startups, fast moving agencies, your own venture or deep UGC/Social expertise
- Data driven execution: You have the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- You are truly creative in your approach and don´t just copy what works.
- You have already proven you can create traction - whether through previous internships at top B2C startups / scaleups, advertising or selling products on TikTok-Shop or founding your own venture!
